Who am I?
"Well, I suppose that's the question, isn't it?"
Personality
Eisig (meaning he who laughs) - Although this scary boy is rather ominous, he's actually really sweet. He can be very awkward in conversation but just loves to learn. He'll open up if you offer him information or ask to hear something interesting. He's full of useless facts and tidbits. He's a metal elemental and fairly adept at his wielding of it. He isn't aligned with either side, but is technically a nomad. He doesn't consider himself part of the pride, and some see him as an enemy. He'll loot patrols and stuff of small things using his element or sometimes brute force and take them home. He mostly makes art along the walls of his den that chronicles his information. His den is adorned with the most beautiful art imaginable.
History
Eisig spent his cubhood and young adulthood in the pride. He worked as a scout for a very long time.
Eisig was given a high-risk mission to gather Intel from the revel side, but he met a lioness there with the most beautiful features (find out who) and he asked to make her out of metal. She agreed, in secret, and he worked to make it perfect. When he was done, he showed her. She was deeply impressed, and he was proud.
As meetings became more frequent between the pair, he found himself falling in love; he didn't want to leave the rebellion without her, but he knew she wouldn't leave with him. When it became Eisig's time to leave, he found telling her hard.
He took the effigy to a cave and decorated the walls around it with his love for her; he showed her this love and she returned it, but she confessed that she could not go with him; Eisig was heartbroken, but had to complete his mission.
He took the information to the lead scout at the time, but never returned home to his den. Instead, he went to the forge and took a large amount of metal and took it with him to his cave, before going to see his love again to tell her he'd decided to stay. When he arrived, though, he found her discovered, and missing. When he asked someone about her, he got a faceful of claws and a "TRAITOR!"
Bleeding and confused, Eisig wandered back to his cave. He never went back to the pride, for fear of meeting the same fate as his love, and never went back to the rebels for the same reason. He now roams the outlands and creates effigies of the most beautiful lions he can find.
When Eisig learned of Ambrosia's betrayal, the effigy changed to a look of disdain.
"I saw her with a litter of cubs - she moved on - but I couldn't, at least not for a long time"
"She seemed to like forbidden relationships- the danger and the mystery."
"one of her sons had ended up in the pride with his father, He grew to be a fine warrior, and a caring man.
"He, too, is an artist, and sometimes I entertain the idea he got that from me."

Buncha pride life stuff here
Secret mission stuff yay
"Your mission is high-risk. If you fail, or are discovered, you will be killed. Do you understand?"
Of course I understood being a spy up close was a high risk - how could it not be? But I also understood why Odessa had asked. If I felt it would be too much, I could back out with no shame. It was a high honor, but as always, it was also the most dangerous. I knew I could do it - so I nodded. She looked both pleased and concerned, but she detailed the pan out to me anyways.
My job as a spy was to gather a list of who was in the rebellion at the time - as there were a few faces the leaders had grown suspicious of. I had noticed them, too, so the head scout had chosen me to confirm.
I was a quiet, calm lion then, and there was no reason she shouldn't have picked me. I was amiable, I could convince the rebels I had turned, and I was vigilant. I caught nearly everything said to me. My eyes were whole then, and sharp. I knew I was easily the best choice, and so did she.
When I arrived at the rebel encampment, I recognized a few faces immediately. Some of them from the pride, some from previous missions. I had once known some of these lions. I was concerned that they would recognize me, but luckily none pointed me out.
I spoke to who I needed to and settled in - ready to watch for the lions I needed to. The rebel encampment isn't as protected as the pride's lands with how concentrated the dust is, so I felt more tired from the journey than usual. I don't really remember falling asleep, but I know I was, for the dream I had was certainly terrifying.
I had opened my eyes to a barren landscape, the only changes in the vast desert were spires of earth and ice protruding from the ground. I recognized it as the graveyard, though I'd only ever heard of it in stories. I was alone, there was no one in sight. I wandered through the dark place, the feeling of dread encasing me. I was startled by the sudden appearance of a lioness in front of me, I don't remember her face, but I remember I was entranced. She told me she was my mate and that we would be together soon.
Now, this wouldn't be so terrifying if she hadn't actually shown up.

I was starting to do my work in the rebel lines when I spotted a lovely pink lioness. Normally, I don't notice other lions' beauty, but she was particularly striking. She was examining a set of armor made by another metal elemental, but didn't seem pleased. The artist looked flustered but determined. He took it back and began to work on it some more, under her watchful, but lazily present, eye.
